Financial Associate Scheme (FAS) - AIA FAS is a salaried employee programme where successful candidates perform the role of a Consultant as an employee of AIA.Candidates will receive a monthly salary with CPF contributions, quarterly bonuses, performance bonuses and employee benefits.
